Statement is the brand for properties that already make one.

A house of original hospitality brands, built around the kind of property that draws the guest by itself. Five sub-brands, one philosophy. Launching from 2026.

Why we built Statement

A great property is its own argument.

The building, the landscape, the family name on the door, the F&B that travels further than the hotel. The asset itself draws the guest. The job of a brand around such an asset is not to overwrite it. It is to protect what already exists, sharpen what could be more, and make the operation perform.

Most hospitality brands are not built for that work. The major chains are built around standardization, playbooks designed to make a portfolio of hotels behave the same way. The independents are built around individuality, often without the operating discipline a serious asset deserves.

Statement was built between the two. Five sub-brands, each shaped around a kind of property: heritage, wildlife and nature, intimate estates, city lifestyle, and a thematic bar format. One philosophy across all of them: intimate in scale, rustic in texture, local in spirit, refined in execution. The credibility of a platform. The flexibility of a brand built around the asset.

Three things every Statement property must have

The design non-negotiables.

Three words. The credo that holds across every sub-brand.

Height

Generous ceiling height creates calm, openness, and the feeling that the building has room to breathe. Even compact rooms gain presence from it.

Light

Bright mornings. Soft afternoons. Warm evenings. Light is designed to flatter both the space and the guest, a consistent signature across the day.

Space

We design for comfort, flow, and stillness, not just for operational efficiency. Every property must offer breathing room from the lobby to the rooms.

Each shaped around a kind of property the major chains aren't built to hold.

The Chapters

City lifestyle hotels where the city moves in. The local treats it as their own. The traveller gets the city without leaving the building. Design-forward and culture-led, made for late millennials and Gen Z, with strong local patronage and corporate weekday demand. One café that serves what the city actually wants to eat.

The credibility of a large platform, with the flexibility of a bespoke brand.

Statement brings group-level systems, distribution, and operating discipline. The property keeps its own identity inside the house.
