What this covers

This policy explains what Curio Hospitality Holdings ("CHH", "we") collects through curiohospitality.com and what happens to it. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.

What we collect

Only what you give us. If you submit the contact form, we receive your name, organisation, email, phone number, and message. If you join the quarterly notes list, The Lobby waitlist, or a tools waitlist, we receive your email address. The site does not require an account and does not collect payment information.

How we use it

Contact submissions are used to respond to you. Waitlist and newsletter emails are used for the thing you signed up for and nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Form submissions are routed through workflow automation and stored in our internal systems. The site is served through a content delivery network, which handles standard technical logs such as IP addresses as part of serving pages. We do not run tracking pixels or third-party advertising scripts.

How long we keep it

Business enquiries are retained as long as the relationship or discussion is live. List subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to ayan@statementchh.com and it will be handled directly, not by a form queue.

Jurisdiction

CHH operates from New Delhi, India. This policy is governed by Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, to the extent it applies.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. We will not quietly expand what we collect.
