Operations
Capital

A firm built to close the gap between operations and capital.

Most hospitality firms sit on one side of the asset. We were built across both.

An advisor who has never run a hotel writes a different feasibility study than one who has. An operator who has never underwritten a deal makes different decisions than one who has. That difference is the firm.

A hotel asset sits between two industries that don't naturally communicate. Operations is daily and granular: service standards, staffing ratios, occupancy curves. Capital is periodic and abstract: yield, structure, comparable transactions. Both are necessary to make a hotel work. Neither, alone, is sufficient. Most owners pay for the gap between them without ever seeing the invoice.

CHH was built across both sides. The person pressure-testing your GOP assumptions has stood in a lobby at seven in the morning during a full house. The person negotiating your management agreement has read enough of them to know which clauses cost owners money ten years later. The feasibility, the operating decision, and the transaction are done by the same firm, to the same standard.

Integration buys one thing owners cannot get from three separate firms: a single point of accountability. When the advisor, the operator, and the brand are the same people, there is no one left to blame.

Three commitments

Owner-first

Every recommendation is accountable to the owner and to the asset. We walk owners away from us when the asset deserves better.

Brand-agnostic

We have no incentive to push a particular flag. The right brand is the one the asset earns the most under, including, sometimes, none of ours.

Integrated by design

Advise, operate, and brand under one roof. One standard, one accountability, across the asset's whole life.

We don't aim to be the largest hospitality platform in India. We aim to be the one whose recommendations owners trust most.
